You Aint Got to Like It

You can call me jazzy
Damn right I'm sassy
It aint my problem
If you don't like me
Intimidated by my content
I dont need your consent
I am who I am
And dammit you aint got to like it
Are you offended by my words
Does my opinion have you disturbed?
Not my problem, you can love it or hate it
But my thoughts wont go unheard
It requires too much energy
Constantly explaining me
I'm done rearranging me
And you aint got to like me
Is my personality too much
Maybe I’m too tough
Don’t like what I’m saying?
Just know that it’s enough
I refuse to replicate
Only once will I state
Untouched by the hate
Others attempt to duplicate
But I come correct
My persona you will respect
The weak often reject
My mode and intellect
I’m fierce by my own right
And I’ll put up a fight
I’m like a full moon
On a mid summer’s night
The thunder from my tongue
Is like an iron lung
I have a habit of stinging
Where most can’t be stung
It’s like fuel to my fire
And many can’t ignite
I might say I’m misunderstood
But I wasn’t created for you to like
I admire my confidence
You confuse it with arrogance
Once upon a time I gave a damn
But now I don’t give a shit
I don’t live for your prediction
That’s your own inhibition
I’m cool with how I’m livin'
And I won’t try to fit in
I’m just being myself
For you, I won't disguise it
Call me complex or complicated
But you aint got to like it
